Nature of services
SettleWell provides services around hiring, onboarding and integrating international professionals (assessment, project coordination, language and integration support). Fees relate to these services. Any insurance mediation is provided separately, within the German licence described below, and is treated separately both legally and in terms of remuneration. Legal and tax advice are provided exclusively by cooperating lawyers and tax advisors.

Benjamin Marcel Farmer is licensed as an insurance broker under § 34d (1) of the German Trade Regulation (GewO).

Remuneration
Fees for assessment, coordination, onboarding, language and integration services are agreed separately. Any insurance mediation is remunerated via commission paid by the insurance companies and already included in the premiums. Placement is always free of charge for candidates.
Holdings
There is no direct or indirect holding of more than 10 percent of the voting rights or capital of any insurance company, and no insurance company or its parent holds such a share in this business.
