Moving out · free

Moving out of your room? We have checked successors.

If you leave before your contract ends, you keep paying until someone takes over. We have people arriving in your city right now — with proof of funding, arrival date and German level. Tell us what becomes free and we handle the rest, including talking to your landlord.

Why this is worth a minute

No double rent

The whole point: someone moves in when you move out, so you stop paying for a place you have left.

Your landlord gets a real candidate

Not twenty anonymous messages — one person with documents, a fixed arrival date and a German-speaking contact who stays reachable.

We do the talking

Viewing, documents, the handover appointment. You forward one number and we take it from there.

Free, and no strings

We do not charge you and we do not ask you for anything. If it does not work out, nothing happens.

One thing we will not do

We do not arrange payments between you and the new tenant. In Germany, money paid to a departing tenant purely for handing over a flat is an Abstandszahlung — void under § 4a WoVermRG, and reclaimable for three years. Selling your furniture at a fair price is fine and entirely up to you; a finder's fee is not.

What becomes free?

Two minutes. We come back to you, not the other way round.
